Booking Information

Monday–Friday 9am–5.20pm and Saturday 10am–2pm. The Box Office will also open for counter service for 45 minutes before any listed event until 15 minutes after the performance begins for that show only.

Tickets can be purchased via our website (provided by tickets.com) 24 hours a day, up until 24 hours before a performance. There is a £1 transaction charge plus 50p to post should you choose that option.

Methods of payment
The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, cheques, and postal orders (made payable to ‘Farnham Maltings’). All ticket bookings made on a card are subject to a £1 transaction charge.  Cheques should be made payable to ‘Farnham Maltings Association’. The cheque guarantee card number, card expiry date, and card guarantee limit must be written on the back of the cheque. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope or add 50p if you wish your tickets to be posted to you.

Reservations
Tickets can generally be reserved for 3 days only. You will be notified of restrictions at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve tickets from 24 hours before the show.

Wheelchair users
The Great Hall, Cellar Bar, Barley Room, South Wing, Dance Studio and Café are fully accessible by wheelchair users, and the Great Hall can accommodate up to five wheelchairs.
There is a fully accessible toilet for people with a disability and four dedicated parking spaces. Guide dogs are welcome. If you require assistance to enter and leave the building, you are requested to come with an able-bodied companion and you are entitled to buy two tickets for the price of one (subject to availability).
