Anyone who is about to set up their own business, or has recently done so and is still in their first two years of trading, can apply for the free workshop programme: a modular course of three half-day workshops each lasting three hours to help you gain skills and knowledge to make your business a success.
It includes 'planning for success', a 'how to win and keep your customers' workshop and 'managing money' workshop.
If you’re beyond the start-up stage you can book a free 90 minute face to face meeting with an experienced and impartial Business Link Adviser to review your business and help you plan for the future. Your meeting could include:
- A discussion on key business functions such as planning, finance or marketing
- Uncover the real issues facing your business
- Create a dynamic action plan
- Access the right specialist support
